Undergraduate education at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Theatre Communication in 1982. Participated in inter-collegiate debate and baseball.

Legal education at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, receiving a Juris Doctor degree in 1985. Participated in the Moot Court program as both a participant and as a judge of the intra-mural competition. Admitted to practice in California in 1985 and in Michigan in 1986. Mr. Anderson was subsequently admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California, and Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Anderson was a junior partner in the law firm of Hollins, Schechter & Feinstein. During that time he conducted several jury trials to verdict, as well as numerous court trials and arbitrations in the areas of auto accidents, slip and fall, construction defect, product liability, and general negligence.

Mr. Anderson joined the firm of MARLIN & SALTZMAN in February, 1999. He has substantial trial and mediation experience, including complex cases and a particular emphasis on class actions.
