Mr. Marlin became a member of the California Bar and the Ninth Circuit District Court Bar in December of 1972. Since 1973, Mr. Marlin has been a principal in his own law firm, limiting his practice to civil litigation. Mr. Marlin has successfully litigated numerous civil actions, complex litigation, class actions and related matters.
Mr. Marlin is a member of the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Trial Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.
