Swift Transportation Class Action

This proposed class action is filed on behalf of Swift Transportation’s California-based truck drivers and alleges Swift did not pay them minimum wages for all hours worked, failed to provide meal and rest periods, failed to reimburse them for all necessary business-related expenses, failed to timely compensate employees for all wages earned at termination and for other violations of the California Labor Code. This case is currently pending in the Eastern Division of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
