Bradley R. Fagnani
Associate Attorney
Bradley Fagnani is experienced in class action litigation, business litigation, and served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps for eight years. Before his work with the military, Mr. Fagnani operated an entertainment law and civil litigation firm. There he quickly realized he wanted to focus on an area of law that would “make a difference,” which ultimately led him to pursue a career in military justice. Throughout his many years of military service, Bradley represented hundreds of soldiers on a wide range of complex matters including international legal issues related to deployed U.S. forces, sexual assault prosecution, and policy development.
Ultimately, his passion for making a difference led him to apply the skills and experiences acquired during his tenure with the U.S. Military to employment and consumer class action litigation. In his current role with Marlin & Saltzman, Brad advocates for clients affected by vaginal mesh implants and fights for the rights of California employees affected by wage theft and numerous other employment law violations.
